The election of the nomination committee and its work,follows the the guidelines of NMHK.The nomination committee consists of 3members and 1 secondary member,elected by the chihuahua annual year meeting 2009.

In similarity to the board the committee should be put together with members with different degrees,for it to function in a most satisfying way.

The committee is responsible for the annual meeting.

The Nomination committee's work

Immediatly after the annual meeting the committee will chose its leader,and they sign the guidelines for the chosen.

The results of this election will be raported to the leader

In good time before the next election,the committee will contact everyone with it to get a written message stating if the person to be is repeating for election or not.It's important to start with the leader if this is in election.

It must be stated that the committee with its suggestions,shall take in consideration that the board must function well together.It's important that there are suggested candidated with different qualities and qualifications.The age,the sex and the geographical representation should be staisfied.

At the same time the committee should also take in consideration that the chemistry between the members are correct.It could be wise to consult the leader in this case.This must be balanced upon the committee rapporting the annual meeting,and are the members organ.

Suggestion/nominations

It's not necessary that the committee its self lays out suggestions/nominations.If enough members put in their suggestions,the committee will take this into consideration.

If there are more suggestions/nominations than it fits,the committee could handle it like this:

-Let all the suggestions/nominations be the committee's

-Stand by the ones that the committee supports

-Stand by the ones the committee supports,and even make suggestions if the first group doesn't give a full board.

-let the members stand,without supporting this.

The committee shall not go public with their suggestions untill after the deadline.

Proposition for deadline

Proposition for deadline is by the NMHK's laws no12 and guidelines for departments and breedelection.After these dates the members are not allowed to send suggestions.Before this date everyone should be a member of the club with a breedconnection and paid for every year.

If the candidates doesn't forfill these claims,they will not be considered.If this leads to not enough candidates to fill the board,the election must continue with its work till this is in place,even after the deadline.

Proposition for candidates for the election shall be sent to the committee and be stamped 31^st of Desember at the latest.
